DJI has announced the global launch of theĀ DJI FlyCart 100 (FC100), its next-generation aerial delivery platform designed for industrial-grade transport operations. Building on the success of the FlyCart 30, the new system offers increased payload capacity, faster battery charging, and an integrated intelligent safety suite for enhanced reliability in demanding environments. The FlyCart 100 willĀ not be available in the United States.
āDJI continues to innovate to meet industry needs,ā said Hao Jin, Head of DJI Delivery Sales. āWith the next-generation DJI FC100, we built a drone that can deliver more ā in payload capacity, endurance, and safety ā and support more applications across more industries.ā
Greater Payload Capacity with Optimized Design
TheĀ DJI FlyCart 100Ā can carry payloads of up toĀ 80 kilograms, representing a major step forward in heavy-lift logistics. With aĀ maximum takeoff weight of 149.9 kilograms, the aircraft can carry 65 kilograms for 12 kilometers in a dual-battery configuration or up to 80 kilograms for 6 kilometers using a single battery.
ItsĀ coaxial four-axis, eight-blade rotor designĀ has been refined with an optimized aerodynamic structure, 62-inch carbon fiber propellers, and larger, higher-torque motors. These updates improve stability, lift capacity, and efficiency across varied terrains.
Ultra-Fast Charging and Enhanced Energy Management
Powering the system is a redesignedĀ Energy SystemĀ compatible with DJIāsĀ C12000 chargerĀ andĀ D14000iE generatorĀ for ultra-fast charging. Dual-battery hot-swapping reduces downtime, while each 41Ah battery can be pre-heated with theĀ DJI Battery IncubatorĀ to ensure stable performance in low temperatures.
New Flagship Winch System
DJI has introduced aĀ Flagship Winch SystemĀ featuring an electric hook and 30-meter cable to streamline loading and unloading. The winch supports both automated and manual operation, maintaining a retractable speed of 1.2 meters per second for efficient handling of heavy cargo.
Intelligent Safety System and All-Weather Capability
The FlyCart 100āsĀ Intelligent Safety SystemĀ integrates LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and a five-direction vision array for 360-degree obstacle detection. A built-inĀ parachute systemĀ reduces descent speed to 6 m/s in emergencies. RatedĀ IP55Ā for dust and water resistance, the aircraft operates betweenĀ ā20°C and 40°C, can withstandĀ 12 m/s winds, and reach altitudes up toĀ 6,000 meters.
Integrated Software for Delivery Operations
The newĀ DJI Delivery AppĀ enables route planning, A-B route operation, augmented-reality display, and live status monitoring. For organizations managing multiple drones, theĀ DJI DeliveryHubĀ platform supports centralized operation planning, resource management, and data analytics.
The DJI FlyCart 100 will be available internationally through authorized DJI Delivery dealers, with regional availability varying by market. More information is available from DJI’s website.
