If drones take inspiration from forms in nature, than this interesting video will update you on everything that you did not know about racing pigeons.  It talks about the history of pigeon racing,  and the run-up on prices of the most elite of the racers and why two bidders were willing to pay over one million dollars for one pigeon.  Video is from Business Insider.
