With the FAA expected to provide more relaxed regulations later this year, the markets for drone services and opportunities throughout North America are expected to grow. In anticipation of this, German UAV manufacturer, microdrones has merged with Avyon, the North American UAV solutions provider that brought the microdrones brand to North America three years ago.
Microdrones, which has 60 employees working in offices in three countires is expanding its commercial footprint, building on a 10-year legacy as the first commercial VTOL UAV manufacturer. Microdrones customers now receive local sales and services support in the US and Canada.
