New Payloads Offer Advanced Features for Public Safety and Infrastructure Inspection
DJI, a leading company in civil drones and creative camera technology, has launched the Zenmuse H30 Series. These new all-weather, multi-sensor aerial payloads are designed to enhance the capabilities of public safety responders and professionals in various industries, such as emergency rescue and energy inspections. Compatible with the DJI Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK, the Zenmuse H30 and H30T deliver detailed visuals in both day and night conditions.
Advanced Multi-Sensor Integration
The H30T integrates five key modules: a wide-angle camera, zoom camera, infrared thermal camera, laser range finder, and NIR auxiliary light. The H30 includes four modules: a wide-angle camera, zoom camera, laser range finder, and NIR auxiliary light. These payloads utilize intelligent algorithms to provide clear, stable imagery and enhance night vision capabilities.
“Once again, DJI has pushed the boundaries of aerial visuals to set new perception and imaging standards with the Zenmuse H30 Series,” said Christina Zhang, Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at DJI. “The unparalleled visuals from this trustworthy payload will no doubt enhance the effectiveness of drone pilots aiding search and rescue operations, firefighting efforts, utility inspections, and conservation efforts.”
High-Resolution Zoom Capabilities
The Zenmuse H30 Series features a 40MP zoom camera capable of up to 34x optical zoom and 400x digital zoom. This enables operators to capture fine details, such as reading a license plate from 650 meters away. In conditions with smog or high humidity, the Electronic Dehazing function improves image clarity, offering enhanced vision for various operational environments.
Day and Night Operations
The Zenmuse H30 Series seamlessly transitions between day and night operations. In low-light conditions, the cameras switch to Night Scene mode, supporting IR Light for infrared enhancement and NIR illumination. This feature is particularly useful for night overwatch and search-and-rescue missions. The Full-Color and Black-and-White Night Vision modes provide high-quality recordings and live view options, facilitating detailed nighttime observations.
Enhanced Infrared Performance
The H30T’s infrared thermal camera has a resolution of 1280×1024 and up to 32x digital zoom, capable of measuring temperatures up to 1600° C (2912° F). This is beneficial for firefighters detecting hotspots and search and rescue teams identifying minor temperature differences between objects, people, and animals. The Ultra-High Resolution (UHR) Infrared Image function ensures clear infrared images at higher zoom levels.
Reliable and Durable Design
The Zenmuse H30 Series is built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, with an IP54 dust and water resistance rating and operational capability in temperatures ranging from -20° to 50° C (-4° to 122° F). This robust design ensures reliable performance in challenging work environments.
Availability
