Using drones to conduct close up inspections in live or difficult to reach places, Cyberhawk mobilises a two-man team, comprising a pilot and an inspection engineer, who send drones into the air to carry out inspection activity, minimising the physical requirement for personnel to work at height.

“Cyberhawk conducted the very first ROAV industrial inspection in 2010 and since then, has built up an unrivalled track record in oil and gas. Following the launch of a new wind turbine inspection service last year, we hope to see this success replicated within the renewables sector.
“The safety benefits and efficiencies which ROAVs bring to the offshore energy sector are huge, with cost savings into millions of pounds available. We are pleased to have these benefits recognised by the industry, and look forward to the ceremony in March.”
Cyberhawk is headquartered in Livingston, Scotland, with further bases in the Middle East and SE Asia. The company has completed more than 25 world firsts, with blue-chip customers in more than 20 countries on four continents.
