Today Yuneec launched a video contest for the Typhoon H. Top prize is a cool $5000, not bad. The contest starts now (11/2) and will run until Dec. 2. The winner will be chosen and announced on Dec. 15, 2016.
Here are the contest details
- Enter your most compelling, visually stunning video, captured with a Yuneec Typhoon H or Typhoon H Pro with Intel® RealSense™ Technology, and you could win $5,000 worth of Yuneec product
- Videos must utilize task mode, team mode and/or 360 camera operation in order to win
- Enter your video by submitting your YouTube URL, noting in the YouTube video description “This video submitted as part of a contest sponsored by Yuneec International to highlight use of the Typhoon H product.”
- Videos must be submitted by December 2, 2016.
Each video will be reviewed by Yuneec’s team of experts and three winners will be chosen and announced on December 15, 2016.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 Yuneec gift card, and the first and second runner-ups will each receive a $200 Yuneec gift card.

i do think that this is the best drone however there is one thing holding me back from purchasing one, reviews for the camera most probably comparing it to the DJI 4K ,dunno it if this is from DJI lovers, comments have been about washed out areas in the corners,,,videos on the net look fine but is there any Honest reviewers out there, we are not making a Hollywood masterpiece

forgot to mention any side by side video comparisons

Hey Greg,
We recently got the Yuneec Typhoon H Pro and haven’t had issues with the videos. But we aren’t professional photographers either. The good part about this drone though is that you can switch out the camera if you’re not happy with it. Plus an unobstructed 360 view is always great.
