Aerial mapping solutions provider GeoCue recently announced the launch of the TrueView GO 360 Photo Kit and the new Street View Navigation in LP360, bringing immersive visualization and intelligent navigation to desktops. LP360’s new Street View mode in Immersive View allows users to navigate through a 360° scene, set a point of view and direction by simply dragging an arrow, and instantly see a project from any perspective. Users can also take precise distance measurements directly inside immersive imagery, with future tools for annotations and support for additional 360° camera systems.
When paired with the TrueView GO 360 Photo Kit, which integrates an Insta360 camera into handheld LiDAR workflows, the system has the ability to merge high-resolution 360° imagery with point clouds, turning datasets into true “street view” experiences of captured reality.
For surveyors, AEC professionals, public safety teams, and facility managers, Street View Navigation and the TrueView GO 360 Photo Kit combine to streamline workflows, speed up validation, and improve communication with stakeholders. The experience is immersive, intuitive, and entirely within LP360.

GeoCue also announced that they would be rolling out advanced processing and visualization options with software add-ons like 3D Mesh Modeling and Gaussian Splatting, giving users the ability to create realistic 3D renderings with TrueView GO data. 3D Mesh modeling excels in precision-driven industries like engineering and construction and has become an integral part of BIM, surveying, and CAD workflows. 3D Gaussian Splatting, which is more emerging, transforms raw data into immersive visual experiences, ideal for VR, gaming, and digital storytelling.
