Partnership Combines UTM Technology and Regulatory Expertise to Advance Scalable Drone Integration

Belgian software developer Unifly, a global leader in Unmanned Aircraft Systems Traffic Management (UTM) technology, recently announced its successful acquisition of EuroUSC Italia, a leading advisory firm renowned for its expertise in drone regulation, safety, and pre-operational approvals across Europe.
This acquisition is designed to create a pipeline aiding the adoption of new critical digital infrastructure, going from defining the rules to enforcing them. Unifly and EuroUSC Italia now offer a full range of services (from regulatory design to real-time airspace management) to support public and private operators.
According to Unifly’s ess release, EuroUSC Italia will continue to operate with full independence and objectivity and will continue as an impartial advisor to clients. The shared vision for the partnership is to empower both companies to scale their impact by expanding service coverage beyond Italy and delivering enhanced SORA support through AI-powered digital workflows.
