DJI Urges UK Pilots to Familiarize Themselves With New Drone Laws

New drone laws have come into effect in the UK today, restricting drones from flying above 400 feet or within one kilometer of airport boundaries. More laws are due to come into place later this year. Drone Blamed for Disrupted Flights at Gatwick Airport

A rogue drone has been blamed for two runway closures and the diversion of five flights at Gatwick Airport in the U.K. yesterday. New Proposal on UK Drone Regs Indicates Big Changes for Operators
