Flyhum Launch Drone Marketplace

March 9, 2016 by Malek Murison 7 Comments

The team at Flyhum has just launched a marketplace that provides an intuitive, efficient platform for enthusiasts and professionals to buy and sell drones and drone-related services.

Anyone can create an account and list new or used drones on the Flyhum website completely free of charge, post as many listings as they’d like, for as long as they’d like. In addition to providing a simple way to list drones and related services online, Flyhum also handles all payment processing via PayPal, ensuring that every transaction is quick, simple and safe.

flyhum marketplace

Flyhum’s goal is to bring drone enthusiasts worldwide together, in one marketplace, by offering a dedicated, reliable and efficient marketplace that mutually benefits the community as a whole.

Just as UAV technology has moved a bit too fast for regulators to catch up with, retailers have lagged behind as well. There is currently no efficient means by enthusiasts can sell used drones – especially high end custom units. Even if such units were listed on websites like eBay, who would ever find them? With no specific brand name or model number, the likelihood of a custom FPV or Photography drone being found on eBay or Amazon is slim to none. But on Flyhum, sellers can access a passionate and niche international community that regularly searches for and appreciates the value in custom builds.

In addition to used drones, Flyhum is happy to service dealers of new equipment as well, with the benefit of instant international reach, integrated payment processing, and streamlined workflow. This offers a great alternative to existing eBay sellers, and even hobby shop owners who lack their own online presence, or simply want to expand their distribution channels.

Flyhum  also accommodates the listing of drone-related services such as consulting, mapping and aerial photography. This will provide many experienced pilots, hobbyists, and professionals the ability to start earning revenue by leveraging their talent, and offering our clients worldwide access to their unique skills.

Ultimately, Flyhum is bringing the drone community together, and accelerating the growth and expansion of the industry worldwide.

Visit flyhum.com to have a browse through the services and drones already available, or post your own advert if you feel you have something to offer. You can also follow Flyhum on Twitter at @flyhum.

I have recently signed up but it is limited and it seems like it is a copy.
There has been a company that has been around for much longer, multicopternation.
Why are they taking forever to build this website!

But FLYHUM is soo positive! Do you work for them?

no I am a user. I am saying negative because I don’t see what flyhum is copying? I only see a landing page on the site you provided? what awareness? Flyhum is a full fledged marketplace while you are talking about a landing page. Are you saying your landing page has been around for a long time? because I can’t use whatever you are talking about. But I can use flyum and I like it. so unless you have something I will use flyhum.

[…] Since we last spoke with Mo, Flyhum has added several new features to make it easier to use and more efficient for drone enthusiasts. First of all, Mo says, there’s “Improved search within the site. I figured as more folks post drones a strong search feature would be beneficial. I created the ability to search keyword & location at the same time, for example ‘DJI in NYC’”. […]
