It’s probably an unfair advantage that the house in this video is as nice as it is, but still you can tell creator Andrew Bramasco is a professional. The video is well shot and edited, the house is beautiful… this is how you make a video of a house your are trying to sell.
Incidentally, this is one the use cases I tell people about when they ask, “But why do people really need drones.”
The answer I usually give is something along the lines of, “Once you take a virtual tour of a house shot with a drone, you will understand that, in five years, nobody will ever go to an open house without first seeing these videos.”
