senseFly Launches New Solutions: All About Industry at INTERGEO 2017

senseFly, the Swiss-based manufacturer of the eBee and leading manufacturer of mapping drones, is launching a new line of industry-specific solutions at INTERGEO 2017 in Berlin next week.

senseFly’s new 360 solutions  are “designed to boost the efficiency of survey and mapping teams,” the company says.

The new solutions are tailored to specific verticals: surveying, mining and quarries, inspection and agriculture sectors.  The new products meet a need for enterprise clients, providing an integrated end to end solution from hardware through analysis, along with an education and support package. Solutions include one of sensFly’s leading drones, their eMotion flight and data management software, and integrated analysis from leading providers Pix4D or Airware.

“senseFly 360 solutions provide geospatial professionals with market-proven, ready-to-deploy solutions that cover the whole data collection process—from flight planning to the generation of highly accurate data products and expert support. Most importantly, as we know from the feedback of senseFly operators around the world, these solutions provide a positive return on investment through helping organisations to boost their efficiency by rapidly reducing their data collection times,” said Jean-Thomas Celette, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at senseFly.

Also at the show, senseFly will be hosting in-depth workshops and presentations on a range of topics including Drone Surveying 101 – Using UAVs to Boost Efficiency & Cut Costs; Massive Mapping in Zanzibar, a presentation on how senseFly drones were used to map the whole of Zanzibar (approx. 1,600 km2), off the coast of Eastern Africa, in order to generate highly-detailed open map data for land tenure and educational use; and Corridor Mapping with Drones, an overview of how senseFly drone technology can be used to tackle the challenge of mapping linear sites.
