Police in Middleton were able to arrest a man wanted for multiple crimes. Marquis M. Phiffer, only 21 at the time of his arrest, had gone on a crime spree that included theft, grand larceny and more. Since drones became "a thing," 43 states have introduced more than 150 bills and resolutions affecting the UAV industry. In 2013, 13 states enacted 16 laws.
