FAA Approves Qualcomm to Fly in Class B Airspace
Mobile chip maker Qualcomm announced Thursday that the FAA had granted permission for the company to fly drones on its San Diego property. The area is designated as Class B (restricted) airspace because of its proximity to San Diego airport.
