FAA Subject to Lawsuit Over Lack of Transparency on Drone Regulations

Plawinski, a second-year law student at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, has filed a federal complaint against the Federal Aviation Administration over their refusal to respond to his request for information about drone regulation. NYC May Join Chicago in Strict Drone Regulation

Earlier this month, Chicago passed strict drone ordinances all but prohibiting drone hobbyists from flying within the city limits, and it looks like New York City will be right behind it as it debates a similar drone regulation bill at a council hearing on Monday.
