DJI, the Chinese based drone manufacturer, filmed a recent tour of the band Linkin Park using only DJI imaging technology. They followed Linkin Park’s Hunting Party China tour that took the band to five cities in China: Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, and Nanjing. In the resulting film diary, the band shares their thoughts on touring a new country for the first time.
DJI notes that “Aerial footage filmed with permission of local government and the event organizers. Safety measures included establishment of an isolated safety zone under flight paths. Please fly responsibly and follow applicable laws in your area.”
The DJI products used include the Phantom 3, Inspire 1, Ronin and Ronin-M.
