Parrot, makers of the iconic AR Drone, announced on Wednesday that their AR.FreeFlight app is now available on the Windows store for use on Windows 8 compatible tablets and phones.
The app provides a range of new features in addition to the interface to pilot the drone including access to HD photos and videos, shooting your best flights and sharing your videos on your favorite social networks and a redesigned user interface.
The Parrot AR.Freeflight app, also available on the Apple app store and the Google Play store, can now be controlled by pretty much any mobile device currently on the market. To download the app or to find out more, check it out on the Windows store.
