Today, advanced inspection service provider Zeitview announced that its AI-enabled Property Insights Platform is being expanded. The company will now offer thermal capabilities for commercial properties, as well as AI/ML damage assessment capabilities for commercial, residential and multi-family properties. The Property Insights Platform leverages high-resolution aerial imagery of the roof secured from drone flights to assess rooftop conditions, identify anomalies, and recommend optimized maintenance schedules.
“We cannot overstate the time saved by utilizing drones for rooftop inspection purposes,” said Zeitview founder and CEO Dan Burton. “Through our comprehensive analysis, our customers can make faster decisions about each property’s real-time condition while increasing efficiency and maximizing deliverables. Our client partnerships have grown to include pre- and post-construction images, thermal analysis, conditional analysis on properties across the country because the software platform offers robust reporting and a one-stop-shop for drone services used by the industry.”
Utilizing its advanced analytics, Zeitview enhances the precision and safety of rooftop inspections while also making the process faster and more affordable. The easy-to-use Property Insights Platform creates customizable reports which are downloadable and shareable for use by insurance companies, roofing contractors, and property managers to estimate repair costs and prioritize projects.
