Aeryon Labs and HAZON Solutions Combine the Best of Hardware and Services

Drone manufacturer Aeryon Labs Inc. and national drone service provider HAZON Solutions have joined forces to offer customers the best combination of hardware and drone inspection services.

Canadian drone manufacturer Aeryon Labs Inc. is a well-known industry leader, manufacturing high-performance Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for military, public safety, and commercial customers. HAZON offers high level expertise in aviation and inspections, offering their customers inspection services, consulting services, training, and their own fleet management software designed for enterprise use.

Aeryon drones have provided an important part of HAZON Solutions’ toolset, as they focus on critical infrastructure inspections for energy and utility customers throughout North America.  Now, the two have partnered in a deal that will allow HAZON to resell Aeryon solutions to other drone service providers, and to provide expert inspection and aviation services for Aeryon’s U.S. customer base.

“As utilities learn more about the cybersecurity risks inherent with operating drones, they are increasingly turning to Aeryon UAS to inspect their transmission towers, power plants, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure assets,” said Bill McHale, CEO of Aeryon Labs. “Aeryon’s SkyRanger UAS, coupled with HAZON’s expert pilots, instructors, and support staff, provides a secure drone-based inspection solution for energy and utility customers.”

“HAZON’s primary focus is delivering best-in-breed inspection services to those companies with significant investments in critical infrastructure,” said David Culler, CEO and Co-Founder of HAZON Solutions. “Aeryon’s high-performance UAS directly address the security concerns of many of our clients. By merging the best hardware technology on the market with the best industry service provider – we provide our clients with a complete end-to-end solution for secure aerial inspections at scale.”

HAZON’s Ed Hine, VP of Business Development and Marketing, says that the move is a logical next step as the industry matures.  “We believe the industry is going through a consolidation period,” says Hines.  “The leading companies are forming more partnerships to serve their customers and bring the best of breed solutions together.”

Aeryon and HAZON will be exhibiting together at the Energy Drone Coalition Summit in Houston, TX on June 20th. For more information visit Aeryon and HAZON at booths 307 and 309.
