Yuneec Announces High End Drone for Consumer Market – Typhoon H

The price tag is a little hefty, but the new Typhoon H from Yuneec is a substantial upgrade to its existing line of drones. It delivers a lot for the price. It is a six-rotor drone with a 360-degree gimbal camera and retractable landing gear at a cost of $1,799. Yuneec’s goal is to deliver a professional grade features to consumers everywhere.

The 360-degree gimbal with the new CGO3+ camera allows unlimited panning for 4K videos and 12 megapixel stills. The landing gear retracts during flight to remove itself seamlessly from the shot for unobstructed views. As with other new drones hitting the market, the Typhoon H has programming features that enable capturing Point of Interest, Orbit, Curved Cable and Journey.
