Lehmann Aviation Announces New OperationCenter, Price Drops on UAVs

282312_379838572064342_2025958844_nTo begin the year, Lehmann Aviation has announced a new, more powerful and extremely easy to use version of its OperationCenter software for flight preparation and mission control, as well as significant price reduction for all L-A-series aerial robots coming as a result of a big sales growth in 2014.

The new version of Lehmann OpsCenter, designed natively for Windows8.1 Tablets and PC to prepare the flight and control the mission now includes:

– New mission control functions (holding, auto return, non-flying zone);

– Terrain awareness during mission preparation, for safer flights in mountain areas;

– Integration with Google Earth for flight preparation and replay;

– New easier upgrade and update procedures directly through the web;

– New options to manage new cameras (GoPro, Canon) for orthomosaics and surveying.

At the same time Lehmann Aviation reduced the price for all L-A-series fully automatic drones:

– LA100 – a “stand-alone drone for everyone”, working with the GoPro camera, flying totally autonomously for 5 minutes at a range of 0,3miles, is now coming at $860.

– LA200 – a perfect drone for communication purposes, working with the GoPro camera, flying automatically for 30 minutes at a trajectory pre-prepared by the user in the OpsCenter (the range is 1.8miles), is now coming at $1,770.

– LA300  – a professional drone designed for most accurate mapping, precision agriculture and DEM, working with the GoPro and Canon S110 cameras, flying automatically for 30 minutes at a trajectory pre-prepared by the user in the OpsCenter (the range is 18.5miles), is now coming at $2,890.
