If a bird knocks your drone out of the sky, I can sympathize. It’s easy to unintentionally fly near a nest and, regardless of size, a bird can come out of nowhere. It has happened many times.
If you lose your drone to a ground-based animal though, that’s on you.
Neither beast nor man likes having a drone fly too close to them. A breach of personal space is an invitation for disaster.
