Here is something you may not know – after 13 years of service, the Goodyear Blimp was decommissioned on Monday.
There is no news as to whether Goodyear or any other company will be using drones to provide that very necessary two second aerial shot of the highest profile football and baseball games this fall, but there was a drone on hand to commemorate the blimp’s final passenger flights:
